Proof of Ownership: How can I obtain proof of ownership of the requested payment method?

If you're unable to provide a photo of your deposit method, we understand. We can accept alternative documents, such as a Proof of Ownership letter, to confirm you're the account holder.

A Proof of Ownership is a free-format letter provided by your bank if you no longer have the physical card.

The letter must:

  • Include the first 6 and last 4 digits of the card number ( please make sure that the correct card details are provided )
  • State the card's expiry date
  • Display your full name
  • Show the bank’s name and logo

  • Be signed and stamped by the bank
