Data requests
We have developed the “Download my Data feature”, which is a self-service tool that allows you to request your data directly by enabling it in your profile.
This can be requested via “Menu”, “History” and then scrolling to the bottom of the page where you will see “Request My Data”.
Once you have triggered the request, you will receive this within 24-48 hours via email.
How to access your Data:
Once you have downloaded the ZIP file, you can open it and find two different files.
- The files with the name "Coversheet" are general information about the processing of your data on our part.
- The second file starts with the name "MyFile_..." - in this file you will find the data you requested.
- The second file is divided into three different tabs. You can find more information about each section below.
Definitions.csv - This tab shows a list with explanations of the vocabulary used in the data information.
Personal-information.csv - In this tab, you will find an overview of your personal data stored at Pink Casino.
Transactional-information.csv - In this tab, you will find all the information about your transactions (game and payment history).
Please note that the calculations in the "transactional-information.csv" tab are accumulated on a daily basis and do not show individual bets.
Right to access:
A Right to Access request is a manually compiled file according to GDPR, which contains the personal data we hold about you.
If you require more information than what is provided in a Data Request, we can proceed with a Right to Access request, which will be sent to you within 30 days once the request has been verified. A password will be sent separately for you to gain access to the file.

Right to erasure (Right to be Forgotten):
If you wish to request that we delete your personal data or your account, we can proceed with a Right to be Forgotten request, which will be sent to you within 30 days once the request has been verified.
