I haven't received my withdrawal 

At times, withdrawals can take an extra few days to arrive if the request runs over a weekend or a bank holiday. Please take these circumstances into account when calculating the 5 working day timescale. 

If after 5 working days, the withdrawal still hasn't arrived, please contact our customer service team so that we can investigate the case further. 

I can’t withdraw
