What should I do if my name or gender has legally changed?

If your name or gender has legally changed since the creation of your account, you can provide us with one of these documents to verify this:

Name change:

• Marriage Certificate
• Two acceptable ID Documents. One showing the previous name and one with the new name
• Proof of name change from a tax agency
• Change of name deed poll

Gender change:

• Old and new updated ID/ Passport/ Driving License 

Please make sure to take photos of the documents too! Due to security measures, we cannot accept scanned versions of your documents.
