Why has my deposit been declined?

Deposits can sometimes be declined due to a variety of reasons. Please ensure that the below steps have been completed:

  • Ensure that the payment method is in your own name 
  • Check whether you have reached any limits you have set on your account
  • Check that the payment method has enough funds 
  • Try depositing a smaller amount 
  • Try using a different deposit method
