How do I verify my Paypal payment method?

Paypal, an accepted E-wallet payment method, may require verification to ensure you are the legal owner and user. To provide proof of your PayPal account, please follow the steps below:

Paypal verification requirements:

  • Access PayPal through your browser, as the app may not display all necessary details.
  • Navigate to your account details by clicking the gear icon (or your avatar on mobile) in the top right corner.
  • Capture a single screenshot displaying all required information on one page.
  • Ensure the screenshot clearly shows your Email, Full name, the PayPal logo, and the URL (if necessary).

Examples of acceptable PayPal verification screenshots are available for:

  • Desktop
  • Android browser
  • iOS browser

Alternatively, you can download your PayPal data directly:

  1. Visit the PayPal website.
  2. Click the gear icon (or your avatar on mobile) in the top right corner.
  3. Select "Data and privacy".
  4. Choose "Download your data".
  5. Scroll down and click "Send request".

Paypal will then email the requested document within 48 hours. The document's format will match the examples provided:
