Understanding your personal data requests

Your data, your way. Here’s everything you need to know about accessing your personal data, downloading it and understanding it.

Download My Data requests

Our ‘Download My Data’ feature is a self-service tool that allows you to request your personal data directly by enabling it in your profile.

This can be requested at any time via the ‘Download My Data’ feature within your History page. 

Once you have triggered the request, you will receive this within 24-48 hours via email.

How to access your personal data

Once you have downloaded the ZIP file, you can open it and find two different files:

  • The files with the name ‘Coversheet’ are general information about the processing of your personal data on our part.

  • The second file starts with the name ‘MyFile_…’ which includes all the data you requested divided into three different tabs. 

You can find more information about each tab below:

  1. Definitions.csv: This tab shows a list with explanations of the vocabulary used in the personal data information.

  2. Personal-information.csv: In this tab, you will find an overview of your personal data stored at Pink Casino.

  3. Transactional-information.csv: In this tab, you will find all the information about your transactions (game and payment history).

Please note that the calculations in the ‘transactional-information.csv’ tab are accumulated on a daily basis and do not show individual bets.

Data Subject Access request 

A data subject access request is a manually compiled file according to the applicable data protection laws, which contains the personal data we hold about you.

If you require more information than what is provided in the ‘Download my Data’ feature, we can proceed with a data subject access request, which will be sent to you within 30 days once the request has been verified. A password will be sent separately for you to gain access to the file.

Right to erasure (Right to be Forgotten)

You also have the right to request deletion of the personal data on your account via a Right to Be Forgotten request, which will be sent to you within 30 days once the request has been verified.
