ID Verification – Step-by-Step Guide

To keep your account safe and comply with legal requirements, we’ll need to verify your identity. Follow the steps below to complete the verification process.

Step 1: Log in to your account

Step 2: Provide information

Before you can use your account, we need some personal details and valid documents.

  • Go to the document upload page.
  • Prepare your valid identification document.

Note: We do not accept foreign ID cards or residence permits.

Step 3: Upload your documents

Select and upload the required identification document.

  • Accepted: Valid government-issued ID (passport, national ID card, driver’s license) from any country other than Myanmar. Iran, North Korea.
  • Not accepted: Residence permits, birth certificates.

This is a legal requirement in line with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Step 4: Select issuing country

Choose the country that issued your ID.

Step 5: Upload the photo side

Take a clear photo of the front side of your ID.

  • Ensure details are readable.

Step 6: Upload the back side

Turn your ID around and take a clear picture of the back side.

Step 7: Verification in progress

Once uploaded, your documents are carefully and securely reviewed.

  • Please remain on the page until the upload is complete.

Step 8: If your document is rejected

If your document does not meet requirements, you’ll see a rejection message.

  • Common reasons: background not clear, poor lighting, blurry image, not all information was visible.
  • Action: Re-upload your document with better quality.

Reminder: Foreign ID cards and residence permits are not accepted.

Step 9: Documents under review

Your documents will now be reviewed. This process can take several hours.

  • You will receive an email once verification is completed.
