How do I delete browsing data (history, cookies, cache)?

A common solution to most technical issues can be solved by clearing your browsing history and data.

Browsers utilise a 'cache' to optimise page loading times. During website updates, these cached files may conflict with the new code. Clearing your cache and cookies helps us confirm that the issue is actually with the website rather than your browser.

We recommend you do this regularly to get the latest version of our sites for the smoothest experience possible.

For changes to take effect, please close and restart your browser after clearing your cache and cookies.
