How do I create an account?

Getting started is easy! Just head over to our homepage and click 'Sign Up' - we'll walk you through setting up your account step by step.

Sign up steps

  1. Locate the Sign Up button: Click the ‘Sign Up’ button on the homepage to begin.
  2. Enter your details: You'll be asked to provide the following:
    • Email address: Use an active email address for verification.

 Potential Issue: Typos will block the verification email. Double-check your spelling and ensure your inbox isn’t full.

    • Password: Create a strong password with uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Find more information in our article here.

Potential Issue: Check for specific password requirements. Any errors will be shown clearly.

  1. Provide personal details: Next, you'll be asked for your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and home address, among other details. 
  2. Verify your email: After submitting your information, a verification email will be sent. Click the link in the email to confirm your address and activate your account. 

Potential Issues:

    • Email not received? Check your spam/junk folder. If it’s not there, try resending the verification email or contact Customer Support.
    • Link expired? You can request a new verification link.
  1. Quick Verification: We'll carry out an Electronic Know Your Customer (eKYC) check to match the details you’ve provided with official records. This is to confirm your identity and ensure you’re over 18.

If details do not match

If the information doesn’t match official records, a restriction will be placed on your account. You won’t be able to deposit, wager, or withdraw until the issue is resolved.

In this case, you’ll be asked to upload documents such as valid ID and proof of address so we can complete your verification.

Each player is allowed one account per brand.

If your personal details (such as email, currency, or address) have changed, don’t create a new account. Instead, contact our Support Team via chat or email, and we’ll be happy to update your existing account.
